I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission:

APP/23/00973/F Erection of rear and side extensions and first floor internal alterations. Beach House, 5A Bingham Avenue.

APP/23/00971/F Change of use of First and second floors of food outlet (Class E) to residential (Class C3) to create 2 no flats. Ground floor shop to stay as is. 62 High Street.

APP/23/01008/F Refurbishment of front porch, single-storey rear extension and loft conversion along with internal remodelling. 15 Pottery Road.

APP/23/01010/F The installation of new low level LED floodlighting to four outdoor tennis court Numbers 1 to 4 inclusive, configured as two blocks of two tennis courts. Tennis Courts, Poole Park Road.

APP/23/01022/F Construction of glazed gable to the front of the house. Single-story extension to rear. 18 Avalon.

APP/23/01037/F Change of Use from Sui generis back to retail use class. Studio Thirteen, 7a Dunyeats Road.

APP/23/01048/F Proposed refurbishment and Fit-Out works to existing car showroom. Maserati Hendy, Westover House, West Quay Road.

APP/23/01067/F Demolish outbuilding and sunroom. Form new front entrance porch and gates, form new side/rear orangery extension, enlarge and alter existing window openings, alterations to existing loft room. 75 Canford Cliffs Road.

APP/23/00997/F Proposed Loft Conversion with dormers to the front and rear elevation and changes to internal layout. Garage conversion and front extension to bring the existing garage wall in-line with the front porch. Change in fenestration, proposed flat roof timber building between the house and the neighbouring garage to create a bin and cycle store. 10 New Street.

APP/23/01012/F Take down 3 no. chimney stacks to front elevation, provide lead cavity trays and rebuild chimney stacks to match. Remove coping stones to front elevation gable, provide lead DPC's and reinstate coping stones to match. Poole Arms, The Quay.

APP/23/01066/P Outline application (with all matters reserved except for access) for the delivery of up to 2546 sqm of employment floorspace within use classes E (G) (ii) and (iii), Class B2 and B8 uses in the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order (1987) - together with the associated parking, access and manoeuvring areas. Land adjacent to Canford 3G Pitch, Eastlands Farm, Wheelers Lane.
