The following will be determined under all/part of the above
23/02016/FUL - Land South of Peareth Hall Road Springwell Gateshead NE9. Northumbrian Water Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Alterations to existing access and associated works.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(3) OR ARTICLE 16 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
Proposed development at land to the west of Infiniti Drive, Washington
I give notice that GMI Construction Group PLC is applying to Sunderland City Council for Variation of conditions 2, 9, 32 and 33 and removal of conditions 13, 28 and 29 attached to planning permission 21/00401/HE4 (Erection of industrial units for light industrial, general industrial and storage distribution uses with ancillary officer floorspace, associated access, landscaping, parking and service yards (as amended)) - including amendments to drainage scheme, elevations of buildings and site levels and building heights, retention of hedgerow to western boundary and removal of two wildlife tunnels and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.

The proposed development to which the application relates is situated within 10 metres of relevant railway land and relates to development on land or buildings owned by Sunderland City Council.
The development may affect the setting of listed building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
