We regret to inform you that the Public Inquiry scheduled to determine an appeal regarding the decision of the London Borough of Waltham Forest to refuse the grant of a Certificate of Lawful Use or Development (LDC) has been CANCELLED.

The Planning Inspector, appointed by the Secretary of State, will no longer attend The Melsetter Suite, 1st Floor, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17 4JF, on the previously scheduled dates.

The inquiry, which was initially planned to span two days, commencing on Thursday, 5th October 2023, and continuing Friday, 6th October 2023, will not proceed.
