Virginia Primary School, Virginia Road, London, E2 7NQ PA/23/01724 & PA/23/01725 Proposal to remove 1 timber external window and install 1 external door with borrowed lights above, includes installation of a new wheelchair accessible ramp.

Flat 42, Dundee Wharf, 100 Three Colt Street, London, E14 8AX PA/23/01619 Proposed replacement of existing aluminium double glazed windows with new aluminium double and triple glazed windows of the same design and dimensions as the current windows.

Flat 24, Clifton House, Club Row, London, E2 7HB PA/23/01693 Listed Building Consent for minor alterations to include reconfiguration to layout, removal of partition walls to convert the existing reception into a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, existing bedroom one to reception, introduce direct access from the kitchen to the balcony, upgraded bathroom and other minor associated works.

126 Cannon Street Road, London PA/23/01711 Internal restoration of ground floor to 3rd floor including structural remedial work and replacement of roof covering.

141 Commercial Street, London, E1 6BJ PA/23/01700 Retention of Listed Building consent works to ground floor for minor alterations to layout including the removal of modern stud walls, addition of disabled toilet, removal and replacement of modern ceiling, addition of sales counter, replacement of floor coverings, the addition of green tiles to shop walls and other minor associated works.
