What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT 
MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
23/1350/FH - Port Lympne, Aldington Road, Lympne, CT21 4PD - Listed Building Consent for internal alterations to facilitate the provision a Bridal Suite (to include repair and refurbishment works)
23/1353/FH - 1 Hillside, Sandgate, Folkestone,, CT20 3DB - Listed building consent for internal and external restoration works
23/1326/FH - Land At Hurricane Way, Hawkinge, CT18 7SS - Variation of condition 12 ( details of CCRC ) for plot 1 of planning permission Y14/0341/SH to allow for amendment to wording of condition 12
23/1369/FH - 40 Earls Avenue, Folkestone,  CT20 2HD - Proposed erection of a two-storey extension to create two further flats, following the removal of the existing garage & store.
23/1303/FH - Land & Buildings Adjoining Mercer Farm, Stowting Hill, Stowting, TN25 6BE - Variation of condition 2 (Drawings & Details) of planning permission 21/1550/FH to allow for removal of door, changes to windows and additional of roof light
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY.  Please always quote the application reference number.  Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication.  Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website. 
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
