TREE PRESERVATION ORDER NOTICE
Section 160 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 & Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation Order and Trees in Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Regulations 2010
Potterhill Avenue Tree Preservation Order (No2) 2023
Renfrewshire Council, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley, PA1 1WB, as the planning authority for area of Renfrewshire, hereby gives notice under paragraph 4(1)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation Order and Trees in Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 that it has, in terms of section 160 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 made the above Tree Preservation Order affecting the trees therein specified.
1. The planning authority considers it is expedient in the interests of amenity to make that Order.
2. A copy of the Order and the relevant map can be examined at any time on the Renfrewshire Council Website (https://www.renfrewshire.gov.uk/article/2876/Trees-information-andadvice).
3. Any person who wishes to make representation must do so in writing, stating the grounds for making their representation and specifying the particular trees, groups of trees, or woodlands to which their representation relates. All representations should be sent to: dc@renfrewshire.gov.uk or Development Standards, Chief Executive’s Service, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley, PA1 1WB by 1 November 2023. The planning authority shall, before deciding whether to confirm the Order, take into consideration any representations made.
