What is planned?
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Notice under Articles 13 and 36 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990
Proposed development on land south of Holt Cottages, Ashford Hill, Thatcham, Hampshire.
I give notice that JPP Land Ltd, Rosemary Pelham and Timothy Pyper having
applied to the Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council for the proposed erection of 36 dwellings (including affordable housing) with associated public open space and landscaping, together with means of access from B3051 (Outline application - Access to be considered) has appealed to the Secretary of State following the Council’s refusal of the application. Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this appeal should write to: The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The
Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN by 12th October 2023. The Appeal reference is APP/
H1705/W/23/3318470.
If you decide to make representations you should make it clear that you are an owner of the appeal site or tenant of an agricultural holding on the site and you should give the site address. A hearing for this appeal is to be held at the offices of Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council at Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH at 10am on Tuesday 3rd October 2023.
*“owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver). **“tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
