Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.
23/1246/FULAVC & 23/1247/LBCAVC: Former Green Man, 238 High Street, Potters Bar, EN6 5DB.
Application for a change of use from Part Dl, Part C3, to sole use as Dl (Nursery). Internal alterations, alterations to hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments and fenestration.
Reason: Listed Building.
23/12367FUL/GO: Land Adjacent And To The Rear Of 52, Harris Lane, Shenley.
Erection of gate on land adjacent to 52 Harris Lane. (Retrospective application).
Reason: Green Belt.
23/1240/FUL/ES and 23/1241/LBC/ES: The Park Education Support Centre, High Street, Potters Bar, EN6 5AB.
Demolition of part of the former park education centre and the erection of a three-storey building comprising 6x 2 bed and 3x 3 bed residential dwellings (class c3), parking, landscaping and associated works and change of use from educational use (class fl) to office use (class e).
Reason: Listed Building.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices. If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
