I give notice that Mr and Mrs Peek is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-
Application Number: 23/1888/FUL
Proposed dwelling and removal of timber structures and a summerhouse including 28 solar panels.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
