HAILSHAM – WD/2023/2246/F Proposed development at Land off Amberstone (to rear of The Laurels and Lynton), Hailsham BN27 1PE. I give notice that Clear Blue Developments Ltd, c/o J.G Architectural Design is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for proposed 5 no x 3 bedroom houses (4 no link detached and 1 no detached). The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications and associated documents at the Council Offices, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham BN27 2AX between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm, or visit our website https:\\planning. wealden.gov.uk. Any representations should be made in writing to the Head of Planning and Environmental Services quoting the application reference number no later than  20 October 2023
