What is planned?

Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

North Yorkshire Council (Craven) has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: ZA23/25322/FUL. Proposal: Change of use of 2-storey short term holiday let to dwelling, and 2-storey dwelling to short term holiday let (retrospective) for Ms C Marsden Location: Holme House School Lane Eldroth Austwick. Reason(s): Would affect the route of a public right of way.

Application No: ZA23/25286/FUL. Proposal: Agricultural worker's dwelling for Mr Michael Davis Location: Land North of Cornfield House Eldroth Road Eldroth. Reason(s): Would affect the route of a public right of way.

The applications are available to view and for comment online at publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ.

Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 12th October 2023.

All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet.
