NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
EDC/23/0007 – Proposed development at Land adjacent to Oakwood and at Bungalow Yard, Watling Street, Bean, Dartford, Kent, DA2 8AH.
Albus Environmental is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for the Erection of a storage building with mezzanine floor to facilitate a change of use from trailer and vehicle parking (sui generis) to clinical waste transfer station (sui generis) at Bungalow Yard together with change of use from clinical waste transfer station (sui generis) to trailer and vehicle parking (sui generis) at Oakwood Yard.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
