The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area.
Conservation Area:
Park RoadA/23/95118/RET 55 Park Road Golborne Warrington WA3 3PT. To re-site timber buildings to the front of the site to create to new indoor swimming pool for private hire purposes, together with the retrospective change of use of existing swimming pool for private hire purposes for members of the public. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
