NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

I GIVE NOTICE THAT Hills Waste Solutions Ltd is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission (PL/2023/07529) for the Variation of conditions 2 & 31 of N/05/07021/FCM at Parkgate Clay Extraction and Landfill Site, Mopes Lane, Purton - To vary the date on which clay extraction and landfill ceases and restoration is complete on the hazardous waste landfill, vary the date on which clay extraction and landfill ceases and restoration is complete on the non-hazardous waste landfill, revise the operational area of the non-hazardous landfill to remove from Flood Zone 3 with associated changes to phasing and restoration and vary the approved restoration and phasing plan for the hazardous waste landfill. An operational end date of 31st August 2036, and completion of the subsequent restoration by 31st October 2037 is sought and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application on the Wiltshire Council website, www.wiltshire.gov.uk. You may also use the computers in your local library to access the council's website. Should members of the public wish to obtain CD copies of the Environmental Statement, they are invited to make direct contact with the applicant's agent Land & Mineral Management, email: ll@landandmineral.co.uk, who shall advise of the cost associated to providing copies, so long as stocks last. Requests for paper copies or a copy of the Non-Technical Summary should be raised directly to the applicant's agent. Any representations on this application should be made by 23 October 2023.
