I give notice that Peveril Securities Ltd has applied to Cherwell District Council on 23rd August 2023 for subsequent consent for "Discharge of Conditions 6 (ground levels), 10 (surface water drainage scheme), 12 (biodiversity statement), 14 (foul drainage scheme), 20 (means of access) and 24 (Site Walkover Survey) for Phase 4 (sub-station) of 17/02534/OUT" and the original application was accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans, the Environmental Statement and other documents submitted with it via the Council's website via the Online Planning Service at https://planningregister.cherwell.gov.uk/. Copies are also available to view at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AA between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the application and the Environmental Statement by prior appointment from Peveril Securities Ltd c/o Carney Sweeney, Spaces Crossway, 156 Great Charles Street Queensway, Birmingham, B3 3HN. There may be a cost involved for obtaining a copy of the environmental statement.
