NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

HAILSHAM – WD/2023/0637/MRM Proposed development at 60A Battle Road and land to rear, Hailsham, BN27 1DU. I give notice that Mr Steve Hook c/o Baker Architectural Ltd is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for variation of condition 7 of WD/2020/1220/MAO (outline application for nine new dwellings and one replacement dwelling, with parking and new access from battle road) to remove item iii from the condition. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

HAILSHAM – WD/2023/2076/MFA Proposed development at Old Loom Mill, Ersham Road, Hailsham, BN27 2RH. I give notice that E C Connor Limited C/O CKA Architectural Ltd is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for variation of condition 10 of WD/2023/0984/MFA (variation of conditions 2 & 10 and removal of conditions 3, 4, 5, 6 & 13 of WD/2020/1494/MRM (reserved matters pursuant to outline application WD/2017/0839/MAO (demolition of existing buildings in B1/B8 usage and cafe and erection of 24 no. Family homes))) to enable changes to elevations. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Any representations should be made in writing to the Head of Planning and Environmental Services quoting the above application reference number no later than 13 October 2023
