b. Section 67 and 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
23/00791/FULHH Double storey rear extension and side extension with new porch from courtyard. Church Farm, 8 Main Street, Edmondthorpe, LE14 2JU
23/00753/FULHH Single storey rear extension. 29 Main Street, Hoby, LE14 3DT
A copy of each application will be available for inspection from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday at Parkside, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray LE13 1GH. They will also be available on the website www.melton.gov.uk/viewplans, ffrom where comments can be submitted.
Any person who wishes to make representations to the Council, should do so in writing to within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Any representations submitted will become available for public inspection. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal dealt with by representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
