23/03197/FUL Proposed mansard roof upward extension with dormers For a 1-bed flat. Change of use of the first floor from Class E (retail) to C3 (residential) to create a 1-bed flat with associated refuse and cycle storage. Change of shopfront.

are applying to the Council of the London Borough of Croydon for:

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Drawings), Condition 32 (Drainage planning permission for: Strategy) and Condition 33 (Drainage Strategy) of planning permission ref. 21/06359/FUL for demolition of all existing buildings and erection of two flexible industrial units (Use Classes E(g)(iii), B2 and B8), alongside the provision of parking and landscaping and associated works.
