TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

23/1239/FUL/WC: Bushey Golf And Country Club, High Street, Bushey, WD23 1TT. Change of use from golf driving range class F(2)c into offices class E(g) with erection of brick wall and windows to rear elevation. Reason: Green Belt. Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at wwwJ1ertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
