Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
23/1195/PD28O/WC: Harper Lodge Farm, Harper Lane, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 7HU. Construction of an agricultural building. (Application for Prior Notification). Reason: Green Belt.
23/1199/HSE/JPA: 12 The Rose Walk, Radlett, WD7 7JS.
Demolition of existing ground floor side extension, construction of a single storey rear extension and alterations to fenestration in conjunction with building remedial works and associated hard and soft landscaping. Reason: Conservation Area.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
