THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

The following Planning Applications have been received by the London Borough of Barnet

23/3746/FUL: Flat 6 Ebony Court 49B The Bishops Avenue London N2 0BN. Insertion of 2 rooflights to fourth floor flat roof, installation of retractable awning and metal frame pergola to fourth floor terrace. Reason(s) for advertising: Development in a Conservation Area.

23/3816/FUL: Land On The North West Side Of Mays Lane Arkley Barnet EN5 2AH. A material change of use for stationing of caravans for residential use with hardstanding and dayrooms ancillary to that use. Reason(s) for advertising: General.

23/3628/FUL: Topps Tiles Rookery Way London NW9 6QG. Demolition of existing showroom and redevelopment of the site to provide an 8-storey building comprising of 28no. residential units and ground floor commercial floorspace with associated amenity space, refuse storage, cycle and car parking.

Reason(s) for advertising: Major Development. You may view the applications and plans without an appointment between 9am and 1pm and between 2pm and 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, at the Planning Reception, 1st Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW. Tel: 020 8359 3000. A planning officer will be available to explain the plans on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9:00am and 1:00pm. The applications can also be viewed online at www.barnet.gov.uk/planning-applications.

You may, if you wish to, comment on any of the applications listed above. To help you "A Guide on How to Comment on Planning Applications" can be obtained from the Planning Department at the address above or from the Barnet Council website at www.barnet.gov.uk. Comments in writing should be sent to the Head of Development Management within 21 days of the date of this notice, quoting the appropriate application number (shown in bold above). Replies received after the 21 day period may not be taken into account. You can also submit comments through the website.

In some cases the application must be considered by Committee, and members of the public have the opportunity to address that Committee, subject to certain rules. If you wish to speak, you should confirm this in your letter and you will be sent more details in due course. Comments received will only be acknowledged on receipt of a stamped, self-addressed envelope or by email, if an email address is supplied. Any persons making comments in writing will be informed of the decision in due course.
