The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.

Reason for notice: May affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area Application No: 2023/00884/FULH Application Type: Full Planning - Householder Location: Ingleside Church Lane, Grappenhall And Thelwall, Warrington, WA4 3EP Proposal: Demolition of the existing garage, two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension, increase in roof height and loft conversion, together with a new site access and driveway Applicant: Malcolm and Shameen Dow and Oliveira
