Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Warwick
District Council for Listed Building Consent or Conservation Area Consent
and/or planning permission in respect of applications scheduled below.
LEAMINGTON SPA
W/23/1137/LB 95 Parade, Leamington Spa, CV32 4AY: Brief scope of works
(limited to South and West elevations only): Reline parapet gutter with new lead
detail. Undertake assessment of the integrity of existing copings. Undertake
repairs to joints of existing coping. Provide new capping detail to encapsulate
coping stone with lead. Associated scaffolding works to provide safe access for
Workman LLP.
W/23/1232/LB 15 Milverton Crescent, Leamington Spa, CV32 5NG: Alterations
to include replacing 2nd floor ceiling and installing insulation, replacing structural
supports to ground floors and installing underfloor heating and porcelain tiling to
the kitchen, creating an new access to the garage and lowering the garage floor
slab to it original level. Alterations and new balustrade to basement steps, new
steps in kitchen to improve access to the verandah for Mr & Mrs Harban.
