Proposed development at: Maisie Cottage A35, Shute Vale EX13 7PZ.
I give notice that Icon Tower Infrastructure Limited is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-
Application Number: 23/1656/TEL
Removal of existing 25.7m lattice mast and associated compound and Installation of replacement base station including 30m lattice shareable mast, addition of 60no. new cabinets and retention of cabinets and fencing. Installation of 2no headframes to be mounted to the top of the mast which will host 12no. antenna and 4no. 600mm dishes. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
