Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 46/23/00005: Aethendune, Tower Road, Stawell, Bridgwater TA7 9AJ. Erection of single storey extension on site of existing conservatory (to be demolished). This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

Application No. 13/23/00018: Cannington Court, Church Street, Cannington, Bridgwater TA5 2HA. Replacement of 2no. windows & repairs to a further 2no. windows on the North elevation. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building.

Application No. 08/23/00294 & 08/23/00295: 34 High Street, Bridgwater TA6 3BL. Change of use & conversion of former first floor offices to a residential flat. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
