App No:  23/0666 – Conversion of village hall building into 2No. two bedroom apartments and associated works at University of Wales College Newport, College Crescent, Caerleon.

App No:  23/0745 – Listed building consent for the conversion, refurbishment and extension of the former drill hall to create a mixed use scheme comprising nine flats and first floor office/gym (resubmission following refusal of 22/1042 at Drill Hall 58 Lower Dock Street.

App No:  23/0752 – Redevelopment works which include upgrading 11no. existing pitches to serviced pitches, upgrade of motor van waste point and service points, extension to toilet block to provide compliant accessible shower room and associated works including respacing of pitches to provide fire separation and siting of static caravan to provide on site manager accommodation at Tredegar House Caravan Club Site, Pencarn Way.

App No:  23/0768 – Installation of new shopfront including new windows, door fascia, stall riser, cladding, cctv cameras, alarm box and atm machine together with associated internal and external works at Ground Floor 18 Commercial Street.
