Take notice that the application is being made by Redrow Homes Limited (Lancashire Divison)
Applicant Name: Mr Anthony Blackwell.
For planning permission to: Erection of 91 no. dwellings (C3), one six-bedroom block of supported living accommodation (C2), a new sports pavilion with associated vehicles parking, new vehicular access from West Lane and Brewery Lane and landscaping and ancillary infrastructure following demolition of existing building.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Sefton Council, Maqdalen House, 20 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ
