PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990 NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 5 and 5A TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

The following applications for planning permission affect the character or appearance of the following conservation areas: Aldersbrook & Lake House

2009/23 Applicant Khan Location Development At 48 Aldersbrook Road Wanstead Proposal Demolish outbuilding. Erection of a single dwellinghouse (1x bedroom) with associated cycle store, waste/refuse storage and amenity space. Removal and replacement of trees.

2191/23 Applicant Whittle Location 8 Wanstead Park Avenue E12 5EN Proposal Demolish side conservatory, WC / utility room and detached rear garage. Single storey rear / side extension. Alterations to fenestrations. Detached rear outbuilding.

2558/23 Applicant Wood Location 36 Wanstead Park Avenue E12 5EN Proposal New skylight above single storey rear extension. Replace windows on ground floor and first floor. Alterations to roof. Raise chimney stack height above roof ridge height. Loft conversion with a rear dormer. Hip to gable roof alterations. Three front rooflights Claybury & Listed Building.

2492/23 Applicant Aljourni Location 9 Rosebury Square IG8 8GT Proposal Conversion of garage into habitable room. Replace garage door with a flush window. Alterations to fenestrations at ground floor and associated internal alterations South Woodford.

2482/23 Applicant Thomas Location 9 St Marys Avenue E11 2NR Proposal Installation of A/C unit to the east side elevation Woodford Bridge.

2429/23 Applicant Parvez Location 692 694 Chigwell Road IG8 8AL Proposal Single storey side extension with the provision of an enclosed metal gated waste / refuse storage area. Lowering of the parapet wall on western side with the reduction of height of the as built side extension. Replace plastic cladding on side extension to brick. Loft conversion with 1 no. rear and 2no. side dormers. One front rooflight. Replacement of all windows to timber frames. Alterations to fenestrations. Replacement roof tiles. Minor pruning to trees to remove dead branches.

2270/23 Applicant Chudzik Location 611 627 Bancrofts Preparatory School High Road IG8 0RF Proposal Erection of a sub-station Applications for Listed Building Consent.

2312/23 & 2313/23 Applicant Revensdale ltd Location Development At The Cauliflower 553 High Road llford Proposal Single storey rear and part two storey side extensions. Use of basement as a late-night bar. Conversion of second and third floors to contain 5no. self-contained (1 x 1, 3 x 2 and 1 x 3 bedrooms) flats with associated cycle and waste/refuse storage.
