NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the Council, as the Local Planning Authority, for the following:-

1. Plan No. 23/00228/FULL

Erection of single storey rear extension, external stair and external alterations to include replacement shopfront and windows (Conservation Area)

2. Plan No. 23/00267/FULL

Change of use of care home to form single dwellinghouse (class c3) with external alterations to fenestration and boundary treatments with dropped kerb and access from Ashburton Road. Demolition of existing north side projection and construction of a two-storey dwellinghouse (class c3) with associated access and parking from Paget Road (Conservation Area) former holt residential care home.
