K. Sharpe & Sons Reason for notice: Major Planning Application

Application No: 2023/01074/OUTM Application Type: Outline Planning (Major) Location: Land Off Warrington Road, Lymm, Proposal: The erection of up to 170 residential dwellings, public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access points. All matters reserved except for means of access Applicant: Gladman Developments Ltd Reason for notice: May affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area
