THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 

The following applications have been received by the Council: PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990 These applications affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building. 

P23/1059 – The Occupier for Proposed Change of Use from Public House with food provision (Sui Generis) to E(a) /Sui Generis Retail Bakery, including erection of fire escape to existing first floor flat exit at Cottage Spring, 73, Bridgnorth Road, Wollaston, Stourbridge, DY8 3PZ
