ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAKEFIELD

(HAW PARK LANE, WINTERSETT)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER (NO 205) 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield has made an Order on traffic management grounds for inspection of rail over bridge to be carried out as follows:

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: Haw Park Lane, Wintersett.

The Order shall also have the effect of closing any roads at their junctions the closed length of Haw Park Lane.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: B6132 Chevet Lane, Notton Lane, Cold Hiendley Common Lane, Haw Park Lane & vice versa.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From and including 13th September 2023 to 14th September 2023 overnight between 21.00 hours and 06.00 hours, or until completion of the work, whichever is soonest.

Access to the premises on the closed length of road will be maintained whenever possible.

(SANTINGLEY LANE, CROFTON)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER (NO 206) 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield has made an Order on traffic management grounds for bridge assessment to be carried out as follows:

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: Santingley Lane, Crofton.

The Order shall also have the effect of closing any roads at their junctions the closed length of Santingley Lane.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: Santingley Lane, Long Dam Lane, Swine Lane, B6273 Garmil Lane, A638 Doncaster Road, Cock Lane, Harrison Road, High Street, Santingley Lane & vice versa via Lodge Lane.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From and including 9th September 2023 to 10th September 2023 overnight between 22.30 hours and 07.30 hours, or until completion of the work, whichever is soonest.

Access to the premises on the closed length of road will be maintained whenever possible.

(KINGSTON DRIVE, NORMANTON)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER (NO 208) 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield has made an Order on traffic management for telecoms civils work to land new phone mast to be carried out as follows:

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: Kingston Drive, Normanton for approximately the first 25 metres from the junction with Snydale Road.

The Order shall also have the effect of closing any roads at their junctions the closed length of Kingston Drive.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: Snydale Road, Kingston Drive (one way only).

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From and including 14th September 2023 at 08.00 hours to 15th September 2023 at 18.00 hours, or until completion of the work, whichever is soonest.

Access to the premises on the closed length of road will be maintained whenever possible.

(WAKEFIELD FOOTPATH NO. 59, WAKEFIELD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER (NO 210) 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield by reason of works to allow for improvement works on the Public Right of Way to be carried out on or near Wakefield Footpath No. 59, Wakefield from Neil Fox Way to just before the railway tracks, and the likelihood of danger arising to the public, has made an Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of public footpath.

Alternative route for pedestrians: Alternative route will be signed and  directed on site through the new housing estate. The order comes into operation on 11th September 2023 to  13th October 2023.

(HOLMFIELD GROVE, WAKEFIELD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER (NO 211) 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield has made an Order on traffic management for pole replacement to be carried out as follows:

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: Holmfield Grove, Wakefield outside number 15 to number 17. The Order shall also have the effect of closing any roads at their junctions the closed length of Holmfield Grove. ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: No diversion, access will be granted. PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From and including 13th September 2023 at 08.00 hours to 17.00 hours, or until completion of the work, whichever is soonest.

(MARK STREET, WAKEFIELD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER (NO 140) 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield intend to make an Order on traffic management grounds to carry out gas mains replacement scheme to be carried out as follows:

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: Mark Street, Wakefield for approximately 17 metres. The Order shall also have the effect of closing any roads at their junctions the closed length of Mark Street.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: Thornes Lane, Commercial Street, Church Street & vice versa.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From and including 25th September 2023 to

6th October 2023, or until completion of the work, whichever is soonest. Access to the premises on the closed length of road will be maintained whenever possible.

(CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AND CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2019

(AMENDMENT NO 1) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Council of the City of Wakefield, in exercise of its powers under Sections 32, 35 and 124 (and Part IV of Schedule 9) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management

Act 2004, and all other enabling powers, after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984, intends to make an Order, the effect of which will be:

The Second Schedule to the Order shall be amended to include the following additional car park tariff.
