Proposed development at: Fairwater Farm Hawkchurch Axminster EX13 5XB.

I give notice that Andrew Davies is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-

Application Number: 23/1606/FUL

Demolition of existing garage and Dutch barn; erection of replacement garage; and change of use of land to residential.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
