What is planned?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication. (format: Application number - Site location - Proposal): 

TWC/2023/0632 – The Guildhall, 1 High Street, Newport – Installation and display of 1no. internal illuminated digital display board 

TWC/2023/0641 – Jardwood Farm, Kynnersley Drive, Lilleshall – Construction of 4no. carports and revised landscaping, parking and access in relation to planning permission

TWC/2020/1107 (Conversion of agricultural buildings into 4no. dwellings)

TWC/2023/0649 – 77 High Street, Newport – Change of Use of restaurant and takeaway (Sui Generis) to a hot food takeaway (Sui Generis), installation of extraction equipment including 1no. replacement flue, fresh air intake, air conditioning unit and cold room compressors, water heater flue, internal alterations and replacement external rear door (Full planning application) 

TWC/2023/0650 – 77 High Street, Newport – Installation of extraction equipment including 1no. replacement flue, fresh air intake, air conditioning unit and cold room compressors, water heater flue, internal alterations and replacement external rear door (Listed building application) 

TWC/2023/0655 – The John Rose Building, High Street, Coalport – Installation of 1no. deliberator to be mounted on the southern elevation of the lower ground external wall of building 

TWC/2023/0657 – The Hollies, 28 Park Lane, Woodside – Installation of an electric vehicle charging point to detached garage The above application(s) can be viewed on planning online at https:// secure.telford.gov.uk/planning/home.aspx. 

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at planning.control@telford.gov. uk and need to be received by 28 September 2023 (18 days for public service infrastructure development or 14 days for Permission In Principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication. 

If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them. (TWC LP 070923)
