The development is in a Conservation Area
P1262.23, 35 Squirrels Heath Avenue, Romford. Outbuilding for use as a garden room / office.

P1275.23, 56 Crossways Romford. Single storey rear extension and open porch/canopy to front
The development is in a Conservation Area
P1295.23, 128 Shepherds Hill, Romford. Demolition of existing dwellings and the erection of 8 4 x 4 bedroom and 4x3 bedroom dwellings with associated parking and 4x3 amenity space.
The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

Variation of condition 1 (Seating Areas) of planning permission Ref: P1327.22 dated 10/10/2022, to permit the continued used of the public highway for a further 2year period P1327.22 Conditions(s) Condition 1.The development is in a Conservation Area
