What is planned?

LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

P1089.23, Chafford School, Lambs Lane South, Rainham. Erection of single storey ARP classroom block with associated access.

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P1260.23, 5 Broadway, Romford. Replacement boundary fence (Retrospective).

The development is in a Conservation Area

P1262.23, 35 Squirrels Heath Avenue, Romford. Outbuilding for use as a garden room / office.

The development is in a Conservation Area

P1275.23, 56 Crossways Romford. Single storey rear extension and open porch/canopy to front

The development is in a Conservation Area

P1295.23, 128 Shepherds Hill, Romford. Demolition of existing dwellings and the erection of 8 4 x 4 bedroom and 4x3 bedroom dwellings with associated parking and 4x3 amenity space.

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P1312.23, 74-76 Market Place, Romford. Variation of condition 1 (Seating Areas) of planning permission Ref: P1327.22 dated 10/10/2022, to permit the continued used of the public highway for a further 2year period P1327.22 Conditions(s) Condition 1.
