For Planning Permission: To erect four storey extension to house a new

Endoscopy Suite at Level 01, future expansion space to Levels 02 & 03 with plant and machinery at Level 04.

For Listed Building Consent: Listed Building consent for the erection of a four storey extension to house a new Endoscopy Suite at Level 01, future expansion space to Levels 02 & 03 with plant and machinery at Level 04.

Applicant: Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust

Notice is hereby given that Planning and Listed Building Consent applications

to carry out the above works have been made to Wigan Council.

The Council considers that the works for planning permission would affect

the setting of a Listed Building, which is within a Conservation Area.
