NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications

Demolition of existing side extension with replacement of single storey side extension to provide garage allowing rear access and single storey rear extension with partial window replacement to the rear of existing house

at Accuba House  35 High Street Greenhithe (Application Ref. DA/23/00767/FUL)

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Greenhithe Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building.
