I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission:
APP/23/00807/F Demolish existing dwelling and erect replacement. 13 Old Coastguard Road.
APP/23/00905/L Listed buildings application to repair the existed Grade II listed front wall. Rebuild to same design using existing bricks where possible. Magna House, Canford Magna.
APP/23/00880/F Application for the variation of condition 2 of planning permission APP/21/01445/F to reflect the addition of six unallocated car parking spaces located to the rear of the site. 80 Longfleet Road.
APP/23/00909/P Outline permission with some matters reserved for the demolition of the existing building and the erection of a replacement care home (122 bedroom) with associated access and basement parking. Birds Hill Nursing Home, 25 Birds Hill Road.
