NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION GIVE NOTICE THAT a planning application has been received in respect of the following:-

Development Affecting Right of Way

Location: Bury Hospice, Rochdale Old Road, Bury, BL9 7RG. Proposal: Extension of car park to provide 17 new parking spaces. Applicant: Bury Hospice. Application Number: 69966.

Major Development

Location: Kemp Heaton Avenue, situated between Bury Cemetery to the north and Peachment Place Extra Care apartments to the south. Proposal: Erection of 18 no. supported living apartments (Class C2) and 25 no. dwellings (Class C3), construction of a new vehicle access point and associated parking and landscaping. Applicant: Great Places. Application Number: 70015.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about the above application(s) should comment via the website using the online neighbour representations section or write to the Development Management 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ within 14 days of this notice.
