NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENTS TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 THE LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREA REGULATIONS 1990 The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.

Reason for notice: Application for Listed Building Consent Application No: 2023/00626/LBC Application Type: Listed Building Consent Location: Walton Hall Gardens, Walton Hall, Walton Lea Road, Walton, Warrington, WA4 6SN Proposal: Proposed replacing of the existing gas fired boilers with Ground Source Heat Pumps Applicant: Warrington Borough Council.

The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.

Reason for notice: Application for Listed Building Consent Application No: 2023/00570/LBC Application Type: Listed Building Consent Location: Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall Sankey Street, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 1UH Proposal: Replace the end of life gas boilers within the two buildings with a ground source heat pump array. The proposed scheme will require the old cycle store building to house an energy centre. Applicant: Warrington Borough Council.
