(SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at Southloch Street, Petershill, Glasgow, G21, for a new build residential development of circa. 55 houses and flats together with associated car parking, landscaping and infrastructure.
The 2nd in person public consultation event will be held between 3pm and 7pm on Wednesday 6th September 2023 at Petershill Football Park, 30 Adamswell Street, Glasgow, G21 4DD.

Persons wishing to make comment on the proposal should do so by noon on 15th September 2023 by emailing public-consultation@bruacharchitects.co.uk. This notice does not constitute a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
