I give notice that the Council has received amendments to an application for planning permission which has resulted in a change to the description as follows: Application Number: 23/00554/FUL Proposal: Change of use from night club (sui generis) to offices (ground floor) and storage (ground floor and basement)(sui generis), and 3.no two bedroom flats (first and second floor) (use class C3) including alterations to front façade, insertion of roof lights, new windows and roller shutter door in the rear elevation, removal of external staircase and single-storey rear extension, and render the side elevation.
