Application Reference No: R/03/16A From Mr & Mrs Alderson for Householder planning permission for erection of two storey extension to provide annex at Greenways, Grinton.

Application Reference No: R/07/364 From Miss E Sutcliffe for Full planning permission for change of use of barn to provide a multi-purpose events space, volunteer welfare hub, workshop and campers' basecamp for nearly-wild camping visitors - May to October, and for siting of timber framed compost toilet to be positioned next to existing unit (part retrospective) at Heggs Farm, Arkengarthdale Road, Reeth.

Application Reference No: R/54/168 From Mr & Mrs M Shaw for Full planning permission for alterations to the adjoining garage/store to provide study with bedroom above; conversion of the detached barn in rear paddock into ancillary residential accommodation or serviced holiday accommodation; construction of detached garage with integrated solar panels; creation of new residential access from Back Nook Lane; Installation of ground mounted solar panels and geothermal boreholes at Moody House Farm, West Burton.
