The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990

The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Bridgewater Canal.

A/23/95780/RET Rear of St Joseph's Roman Catholic Church Chapel Street Leigh WN7 2PB. To continue siting of storage container (Retrospective Application).

A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the setting of a Listed Building and which is within a Conservation Area.

A/23/95967/VARMAJ Millingford Industrial Estate Bridge Street Golborne. Variation of condition 11 of previously approved A/22/93633/MAJOR to allow the premises to be open for trade and business 06:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday and 06:00 to 12:00 midday Saturdays.
