16603/23 47 Higher Market Street Farnworth Bolton BL4 8HQ [change of use and conversion (to include upward extension to create second floor) of 47-49 Higher Market Street to create a 13-bed house in multiple occupation].
LISTED BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREA
16409/23 7 THE PARKLANDS Stoneclough Radcliffe Bolton M26 1QB [listed building consent for the removal of internal wall together with installation of double doors to kitchen].
