NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 10 FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Barnsdale Bar Services, Great North Road, Wentbridge, Pontefract, WF8 3JF. I give notice that McDonald’s Restaurants Ltd, 11 – 59 High Road, East Finchley, London is applying to North Yorkshire Council (Selby Area) for permission to undertake a non-material change to an existing planning permission Ref: 2020/0315/FUL – the amendments proposed are for changes to elevations with updated building design, incorporating new materials. Minor amendments to the approved site layout with the side-by-side island marginally relocating, including the two Customer Order Displays and overhead Canopies. Repositioning of Goal Post height restrictor and minor reconfiguration of kerb lines throughout the drive thru lane.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: North Yorkshire Council (Selby Area) within 14 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of owners’ rights
The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights
The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure.
“Owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
“Tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
