The following applications have been submitted for planning permission
and Notice is hereby given under:-
Section 73 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:-

NW/23/00531/FUL - Internal reworks to the second floor to add three bedrooms and a study including the installation of 3 Velux (conservation) rooflights in the southern rear elevation and replacement and removal of the existing timber front door, proposed 900 millimetre high black iron handrails and spindles adjacent to either side of the front steps. Loft dormer cheek supports, due to deterioration. Partial retrospective for installation of roof support, using steel beams within the loft space at 42 Church Street, Finedon, Wellingborough, NN9 5NA.
NW/23/00538/FUL - Change of use from bank (E(c)(i)) to retail (E(a)) - ground floor only including external alterations at 47 Market Street, Wellingborough, NN8 1AE.

NW/23/00486/FUL - Demolition of the existing building and the provision of a development comprising 49 residential dwellings (Use Class C3), communal amenity space, with associated car/cycle parking, waste/recycling storage and other associated work at Land Area 26A Stanton Cross, Mill Road, Wellingborough.
The applications may be viewed on the website www.wellingborough.gov.uk until 17.09.2023.
