Affects a Conservation Area:

NYM/2023/0477, Mr & Mrs Laycock, 2 Castlegate, Helmsley, conversion of and extension to outbuilding to form one holiday let with amenity space, parking and landscaping works.

Affects a Listed Building and a Conservation Area:

NYM/2023/0496, Dr Jane Naish, 33 Bondgate, Helmsley, Listed Building consent for installation of replacement front door.

Affects a Public Right of Way and Major Development:

NYM/2023/0446, Marquis of Normanby, land located south and west of Whinstone Cottage, Esk Valley (grid reference 482094, 503645) and located north west of Barnby Sleights Farm but to the south of Low Lane (grid reference 482382, 511889), creation of eight wildlife ponds at Esk Valley and one pond at East Barnby.
