c)Erection of a timber sports pavilion, construction
of 3 tennis courts and 2 netball courts including

Proposals (a,b) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,b) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section
1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas)
Act 1990.
Proposal (d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (c,e) are major developments.
Proposal (c) is an Ancient Monument scheduled under
Section 2 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological
Areas Act 1979.
