Proposed development at Land at London Stansted Airport Bassingbourn Road Stansted Essex

Notice is given that Stansted Airport Limited (STAL) is applying to the Secretary of State for planning permission for partial demolition of the existing Track Transit System and full demolition of 2 no. skylink walkways and the bus-gate building. Construction of a 3-bay extension to the existing passenger building, baggage handling building, plant enclosure and 3 no. skylink walkways and associated hardstanding.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application the plans and other documents submitted with it at: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/section-62a-planning-application-s62a20230022-london-stansted-airport-bassingbourn-road-stansted-cm24-1qw and at Uttlesford District Council Planning Department during all reasonable hours within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which this notice was published.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should email/write to the Planning Inspectorate at: section62a@planninginspectorate.gov.uk or Inquiries and Major Casework Team, The Planning Inspectorate, 3rd Floor, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN quoting the application site address and reference number S62A/2023/0022 by 8 September 2023.
